March, 2013- The church is in excess of 790 members and attendees and was for many years in the top 100 of the 11,300 Assemblies of God churches in the USA. In this position I gave oversight to a 56 person staff employed by the church and the First Assembly of God School (accredited by the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools -ACTS and Florida League of Christian Schools - FLOCS) and First Assembly of God Daycare (together the Daycare and School are approximately 350 students).
Primary responsibilities:
- Administration of church and school.
- Administration of budget. In the last thirteen years, the annual budget increased from $1,600,000 to $2,355,160.
- Direct missions program of church for 75 missionaries with a budget of $300,000.
- Direct outreach ministry. Membership grew from 250 members to 585 active members.
- Maintain facilities and infrastructure for a 1250 person sanctuary and supporting structures.
- Marketing the church.
- Minister to congregation.

May 1999- The church had approximately 350 members and attendees when I became Pastor, and grew to approximately 850 in my tenure. The budget experienced a growth from $1.1 to $1.8; a 63% increase.
I was privileged to be a member of the Rotary Club and served on the Columbus Hospice Board.
October 1982 – Senior Pastor, Calvary Assembly of God, Fayetteville, North Carolina
March 1994-During my time there the church saw a budget growth from $108,000 to $450,000 and the congregation grew from 180 to 400 members and attendees.

- Marion County Sheriff's Advisory Board- awarded the locally recognized Mary Sue Rich Award for my commitment to promoting racial harmony and cultural awareness in the city of Ocala.
- Empower Ocala Official Board of Ocala, Florida (presently serving)
- Hospice Board of Marion County, Florida (presently serving), a 30 million dollar organization) and in 2013 served as Treasurer.
Served on the board of The Assemblies of God Seminary, Global University (Distance Education school), Evangel University, and various missionary boards.
For 15 years, in the top 100 of mission supporting churches of the 11,300 Assemblies of God churches in North America.
Built, funded, or shared in funding of 18 churches and schools in south and central America in Eastern Europe.
Traveled to 28 different countries doing ministerial work.
